  2. Now that is an interesting question but the answer is not a short one. Entry level is for many domains which means if you are an arts graduate, you can get into Insurance Domain, Banking Domain and basically all the generic domains. There is entry level for doctors and engineers also.

So once you know which domain you are qualified for and which domain interests you, you need to have the following skills:
    - Communication Skills: Spoken, Written both
    - Good Dressing Sense (Not mandatory but will be extremely helpful)
    - Problem Solving: This is nothing but trying to solve various problems in different ways example: There are 100 claims to process but the number of team members available can only accommodate 80 claims. How can you manage the other 20? There could be different answers like:
    1. Pay overtime and get it done OR
    2. Get difficult Claims processed by more senior members and leave the simple ones for new members
    3. Give incentives along with hourly stretched

There is no right or wrong answer in problem solving.
